  1. Reboot the Computer - Very often rebooting your computer or device will resolve many performance or application freeze up issues. Sometimes this is not an option, but if there is an opportunity to reboot the system, please do so before reporting the issue.

  2. Log Off and Log Back In - In many cases where you are not able to access certain resources, logging off your computer and logging back in, ( where applicable ) might resolve the issue before you report it.

  3. Clear your Browser Cache - Clearing you Browser Cache in most cases will resolve issues with Username data that has been stored in the Browser.
